Altered $1 Frame

Hi Everyone! I have a really fun altered project I did. This was made around mid-April but I never got up to do a YouTube video or blog post. So, now I'm showing it! I got this plain $1 frame from Michael's and My Minds Eye papers along with the baby roses and bling. First I painted the frame mint green. Then adhered down the patterned paper then added my picture (of my mom and I :)). I added a bundle of the baby roses then added the black bling out of that with a couple of hearts above it. On the bottom of the frame I added a small punched lace looking border and also stamped mft stamps onto Basic Grey cream colored paper. I just love how everything turned out and how it frames the photo really nicely.
